List on Umbrae
Umbrae opens its DLMM liquidity infrastructure to token teams building objective value. Apply for verification, create and maintain your own pools, and reach traders through a venue that vets what it lists.
We verify substance, not capital. Having the money to participate does not qualify a project — and paying a fee never buys a listing, a tier, or immunity from removal.
Permissioned by design
Pool creation on the Umbrae DLMM factory is permissioned: only whitelisted operators and granted token deployers can create pairs. This program is the path in. Most platforms only check whether a project can pay — which is exactly how funded scams buy their way into ecosystems. Verification here is an assessment of the project itself, and it stays conditional after listing: we monitor continuously, and malicious behavior means removal.
One line we hold without exception: pure meme tokens are not accepted. Hype with no objective utility and no long-term product is extraction, not building. A meme token with real utility underneath is a different story — apply, describe the utility, and it will be reviewed on its merits. You can apply whether your token is already live on Base or still pre-launch.
Contract security analysis, honeypot simulation, liquidity and holder analysis. Malicious code, hidden mint authority, transfer traps, and wash patterns are filtered before any human review begins.
The review council evaluates what the screening cannot: team accountability, demonstrated utility, documentation quality, and the credibility of your liquidity commitments.
Final review by Umbrae security, which holds an absolute veto at every stage — before approval and at any point after listing.
Four tiers, earned not bought
| Tier | Name | Meaning | Grants |
|---|---|---|---|
| 0 | Unverified | Exists on-chain but has not been reviewed. Not listed on Umbrae. | None. |
| 1 | Reviewed | Passed automated screening — contract safety checks cleared, no malicious code detected. | Listing eligibility; pool creation rights for the approved token. |
| 2 | Verified Utility | Passed all three stages: automated screening, council review, and security sign-off. | Everything in Reviewed, plus Market Making as a Service eligibility. |
| 3 | Partner | Deep, ongoing integration with Umbrae infrastructure and active collaboration. | Everything in Verified Utility, plus partner-level integration and support. |
Market Making as a Service — curated pool configuration, liquidity bootstrapping, routing priority, and ongoing liquidity management — is available exclusively at Verified Utility and Partner tiers, under the service-fee schedule published at the time of engagement.
Listing is conditional. Always.
Your liquidity commitment is a continuing obligation, not a launch-day gesture. Empty pools, pools drained to dust, and abandoned positions serve no one — sustained inactivity is grounds for delisting.
Planned liquidity reductions, migrations, and token contract changes are communicated to Umbrae before they happen. You maintain a working security contact and answer security inquiries promptly.
Rug pulls, liquidity drains, wash trading, market manipulation, honeypot mechanics, and malicious contract upgrades — on Umbrae or anywhere else — are violations, whenever they happen.
Violations trigger consequences that scale with severity: tier downgrade to Unverified, revocation of token-deployer rights on the factory, pool deprecation, and delisting from every Umbrae surface. For active threats to users — a rug in progress, a malicious upgrade — removal is immediate, with no notice period. Status changes are recorded in an audit trail, and we say publicly why a token was removed. We built this program because too many platforms let “decentralized” be an excuse for hosting harm. Not here.
Submit your project
The application walks you through one question at a time — launch status, what your token actually does, the team behind it, and what you can commit to liquidity. It takes a few minutes, and your answers save as you go.
Apply with the wallet your project controls: it signs the Listing Program Terms, owns the application, and — if approved — is the wallet granted token-deployer rights on the factory.
Read before you apply
v1.1 — the agreement every applicant signs. Covers verification, partner obligations to keep pools active and maintained, prohibited conduct, and the monitoring and removal policy.
